Policies
Booking: To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your event date. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to your event date will result in no additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 21 days of your event date will receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Inclement Weather: In the event of inclement weather, if Collins Captures DFW cannot make it to your event, you will be issued a 100% refund of all monies paid.
Fuel: Due to rising fuel prices, fees will be custom calculated based on day and location starting at 25+ miles from 76020.
